หากใครที่กำลังเตรียมตัวเพื่อไปสัมภาษณ์งานเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ แต่ยังไม่แน่ใจว่าจะเจอกับคำถามอะไรบ้าง วันนี้ครูจิ๊บมีตัวอย่างคำถามและคำตอบมาฝากให้ได้ลองไปฝึกกันดูค่ะ
คำถามที่ผู้สัมภาษณ์อาจจะถามผู้สมัคร
1. Why did you choose this company?
2. What are your strengths/weaknesses?
3. How would your friends describe you?
4. What is your greatest achievement?
5. How well do you work in a team?
6. Where will you be in 5 years?
ถ้าเราเจอคำถามแบบนี้ในห้องสัมภาษณ์ เราจะตอบคำถามเหล่านี้ว่าอย่างไรดี
ครูจิ๊บแนะนำว่าให้เราตอบคำถามตามความเป็นจริงค่ะ โดยเฉพาะเรื่องบุคลิก ลักษณะนิสัย เนื่องจากเจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายบุคคล หรือหัวหน้างานเราในอนาคต เขาอาจจะอยากดูความเหมาะสมของเราในฐานะผู้สมัคร ว่าเข้ากับวัฒนธรรมองค์กรได้หรือไม่
ตัวอย่างการตอบคำถามด้านบน
1. Because I think I will find the work environment here both challenging and rewarding.
2. I am certain that I have excellent time management, but sometimes I can be impatient for poor results.
3. My close friends would say I’m very kind, sociable, and well-organized.
4. Leading the university's social club to run various activities for good causes.
5. I always support my co-workers and believe we should listen to one another so that we could reach a common goal.
6. My aim is to have a position in the Management Team.
